Fees Structure And Payment Methods
Due to the difficult economical times i have reduced my fees to the following:
All individual and couples sessions are 60 – 90 minutes and cost R450 for all on line Sessions
Emailing or whatsapp facecall or your preferred method of online sessions are also available at the same cost.
Travelling to Surrounding areas will be quoted individually as I will charge additional travelling fees,
Booking Hours:
Weekdays office hours as well as early or later bookings available
Weekend bookings are also available 8.30 till 13.00 (Due to a high demand for Saturdays and Sundays, I require a 50% deposit that are payable upfront per eft to ensure the booking, see payment terms below)
Weekend break away workshops in Barrydale: Please ask for more info as a quote will be calculated on individual requirements such as accommodation and workshops and relaxation requirements

Coaching Programmes
In depth coaching program for personal development as per personal needs. (usually 3-5 sessions)
In depth coaching program for Couples/Relationship Coaching as per the relationship needs (usually 4-6 sessions)
(These programmes will be discussed with the initial session on request by the Client)

Payment Terms
All fees are paid upfront before the session takes place on the day of the session. Weekends: a 50% Deposit to be paid 3 days prior to the session. (See below note on Saturday bookings)
Cash payments and bank eft payments only! (Weekends sessions, see note below)
No credit facilities, No debit card machines, payments cannot be claimed from a medical aid.
Weekend Bookings: To ensure this booking the deposit payment has to be made by the Thursday prior to the Weekend appointment via eft or bank deposit. Saturdays are high in demand and therefore upfront payments guarantee the session as well as protect the Coach of last minute cancellations.
Invoices will be issued on request.
Internet banking or direct bank deposits will be accepted only on prior arrangement and payment to be done one day prior to the session or for Saturdays 3 days before session. (Banking details to be provided to client) Proof of payment can be via sms or email.
